Located in Bolton town centre, the former commercial office known as Lincoln House has been converted into 88 contemporary apartments.

The 5 storey development includes a mix of studio, one, two and three-bed apartments providing professional tenants with a safe and environmentally friendly living experience.

The façade of the building was stripped of its nonfire-rated cladding and replaced with a new fire-rated wall of insulated render. Internally, extensive steelwork modifications, new M&E systems and staircases were installed with the new feature fourth-floor balcony giving fantastic views over Bolton and beyond.
