Caffeine injection for Northwich

Who doesn’t love a great coffee?
We have just commenced on site in Northwich to deliver a new Costa Coffee drive through for Lane End Developments, our first project with this north west developer.

We have worked closely with Lane End’s professional team over the past few months, overseeing preconstruction surveys and design development to minimise risk and achieve the desired budget.

Our team is excited to have started on site, delivering Costa’s recognisable shell model and extensive external works prior to their fit-out team putting in place the finishing touches.

Handover of the project will take place in April 2021 and we look forward to being a part of the development’s success in the coming months.
