Job done at Liverpool’s Molo Hotel

Work has wrapped on the Holiday Inn Express & Vignette hotels on Liverpool’s bustling Duke Street. Over a year in the making, the project has brought much-needed accommodation to one of Merseyside’s most bustling retail districts.

These twin hotels, jointly boasting 258 beds, exude their own unique atmosphere while sharing integrated back-of-house facilities, optimising both space and functionality.

Truman’s work is showcased throughout the full-height internal light well, bathing the ground floor in natural light, and the striking exterior adorned with Proteus copper metal cladding alongside the robust Shackley mechanical brick-clad system.

The project's completion was achieved through the state-of-the-art off-site modular construction methods, deftly executed atop a transfer deck, despite the complex logistics of the city centre location.

Molo Hotels, renowned for their emphasis on guest experience and satisfaction, will be welcome in a city that features some of the North’s biggest cultural attractions. The Holiday Inn Express & Vignette are set to turn heads, having been handed over in immaculate condition, ready for operation.
