Work complete at Swinbourne Grove

Truman has completed the build of a luxury apartment complex on Withington’s Swinbourne Grove.   

Working with our client, Step Places, we have delivered 13 one and two-bedroom apartments across a four-story complex in one of Manchester’s most up-and-coming suburbs.

Step Places have a deep focus on quality and the work they commissioned Truman to do at Swinbourne Grove reinforces that. The project stands out for its obvious quality and eye-catching appearance in an area that has become of particular interest to developers.

Our team brought their game-changing attitude to the project right from the earliest stages. The original design intent was to utilise a steel frame structure with concrete floors. Through close collaboration with the client and design team, this method was changed to a lightweight gauge steel solution, in turn reducing the cost and duration of the project.
