Game changing healthcare facility

The new building had to meet a number of different and specific needs. The centre would offer both community GP and dentist surgeries and a pharmacy. But it also needed to provide an outpatient department for the PCT, plus radiology and audiology departments. The design of the building was critical to meeting these highly specific needs.

Working together with the design team, and through carefully understanding the client’s specific needs, we designed and delivered a versatile and unique building that not only met all its functional requirements but proved that practical buildings can also be beautiful.

What’s more, our expertise in project management and careful proactive monitoring of budgets and programmes meant we could anticipate any bumps in the road and deal with anything unexpected during the build.
