New homes for Manchester suburb

The Truman team is excited to have started work with Step Places on its scheme in the centre of Withington, Manchester.

This is our first project with Step Places and consists of the design and build of 13 new apartments over four storeys, utilising a steel podium transfer deck with fusion X frame system above and an undercroft car park.

The apartments are designed to a very high specification with high ceilings, large windows and efficient heating using air source heat pumps (ASHP), which draw warm air from the environment, saving energy and household expenditure on heating. The development will also feature electric vehicle charging points and bike stores allowing its new residents to live a lower impact lifestyle.

The central Withington development is on a tight site so our construction planning expertise will be paramount. We will be handing the project over in June 2021.
