First NIU Loom hotel comes to the UK

We’re proud to be working with Novum Hospitality on the delivery of a new hotel, next to the Irish Heritage Centre in north Manchester. 

The 135-bedroom hotel forms an impressive frontage onto Queens Road and will allow the neighbouring centre to expand its offer for visitors, conferences and events.  

With our pragmatic approach to project management, we delivered a high-quality build that exceeded our client’s expectations and added to the leisure offer for the local community.  

We used our expertise and experience to specify a light-gauge steel superstructure and an exterior of blockwork and render. It will provide accessible bedrooms over four floors, plus conference facilities. 

The hotel is due to open in January 2020. It’s exciting to see our client’s vision brought to life and to be part of this forward--thinking project.
